The units are located at The Bridges on Kinsey in the South Tyler area, close to shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, etc.

Everything you need to live day to day is provided for you. You only need to bring personal items, groceries, and toiletries. Corporate Solutions provides enough housewares for your extended stay. If there is something additional needed, we will be happy to assist in providing the necessary items.

Our leases are month to month, with a written 30-day cancellation notice required. If you require a shorter stay, we will charge a daily rate with a reservation.

Yes, our apartments have a $100 refundable deposit (terms and conditions apply) and a $150 non-refundable make-ready fee ($175 for 2 bedrooms)

Yes, we accept dogs and cats. No exotic animals. Pet fee $300 non-refundable.

We accept all major credit cards, zelle transfers, cash, company checks, and direct billing.
